For the 2026 cycle, ESLP plans to select 35 fellows. Participants engage in leadership seminars, mentorship, team simulations, and project-based learning designed to prepare them for university and civic life.

Sessions are delivered primarily online, with an in-person company excursion and a final presentation day at IICA in Pétion-Ville where participants present projects to a jury.
