What is EdLight Labs?
EdLight Labs is the research and development arm of EdLight. Labs team members — interns, part-time contributors, and full-time staff — build and maintain EdLight's products, including EdLight Code, Academy, and internal tools.
Labs offers a hands-on experience where you work on production software used by real users. It's ideal for university students looking for meaningful internship experience, or professionals who want to contribute to mission-driven technology.
All positions are remote-friendly. We work asynchronously, with regular check-ins and mentorship from senior team members.

Software Engineering Intern
EdLight Code
Help build and improve the EdLight Code platform. Work on front-end features, APIs, and user experience.
Curriculum Developer
EdLight Academy
Design and create educational content for Haitian students. French and/or Creole proficiency required.
Product Design Intern
EdLight Labs
Design user interfaces and experiences for EdLight products. Proficiency in Figma or similar tools expected.
Community Manager
EdLight Global
Manage EdLight social media, community engagement, and content. Bilingual French/English preferred.
